Chicken Wrap

Sometimes I don’t feel on the mood to do some complicated meals and spend “lots” of time on it. Sometimes everything I need is prepare something really quick and yet healthy.

For those days what I usually do is a healthy and delicious to go wrap!

So yesterday was one of these days and therefore I had for lunch my grilled chicken go wrap.

I usually use two grilled chicken breasts (cut into little strips) wrapped in a tortilla with , lettuce, tomato, light cheese.

I normally do the same recipe but a wrap is something where we can use our favorite ingredients.

Starting the day with lots of energy

My favorite meal of the day is breakfast without doubts and it end up being the most important too!

Not only give us the energy to start a new day but it also helps on weight control and gives you more strength and endurance to engage in physical activity.

It’s worth noting that most studies linking breakfast to weight control loss looked at a healthy breakfast containing protein and/or whole grains — not meals loaded with fat and calories. How awesome is that?

I raise both because I really really knows what that means.
Anorexia and bulimia are severe eating disorders that most of the time requires treatment, but their not the only one.
Emotional eating is when you turn food as a escape for comfort, stress relief or as a reward.
How many of you haven’t already heard someone close to you say “if you behave well you won a chocolate?”. ✋ That’s not right guys and that’s also a eating disorder that can have serious implications.
The first step is learning to recognise your emotional eating and breaking it.

The “naked” Truth

There comes a time in your life when you realize how badly your treating yourself and if you want to change you need to do it for yourself ‘cause no one is going to do that for you.

I realized that yesterday when I was looking myself at the mirror and asked “what the hell are you doing?”. I’m not fat, no I’m not. But I’m not also healthy! I struggled all my life with my health habits. Sometimes I eat well and achive my goals and a few months latter I threw all away… I intend not to do that again. To motivate myself every single day and realize who far I’ve come. That’s why I created this blog.
